SHYLA ENOUL, PhD.
OUR LEADER
Shyla Enoul is the founder and CEO of USA Capital Tax. A results-driven accounting professional with over 20 years of experience, Shyla has a proven track record of providing comprehensive financial management and high-volume tax preparation services. Her expertise spans corporate, pass-through, individual, and non-profit tax returns, as well as financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forensic accounting.
Shyla holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Taxation at Georgia State University and a PhD in Leadership at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Shyla has been a licensed CPA since 1995, is an AICPA Member, and also holds a PhD in Metaphysical Theology from the University of Metaphysical Sciences.
Before founding USA Capital Tax, Shyla provided tax and accounting consulting and training to staff and junior accountants at several CPA firms, as well as to accounting students at colleges across the country. She also founded and managed a successful chain of restaurants.

Shyla's leadership and expertise have earned her numerous prestigious awards. She was named Top CEO of the Year for 2023 by the International Association of Top Professionals, Best of Atlanta by Atlanta Magazine, and a Lifetime Top Professional by Marquis Who's Who. She was featured as one of 16 Distinguished Leaders of 2022 in The Wall Street Journal on December 28, 2022, and Forbes Magazine selected her as the 2023 Honoree for Top Business Owner in their April-May 2023 issue.
Shyla is fluent in English and Vietnamese and proficient in French. Through her broad network, she is able to connect with many different professionals to unite those who can satisfy the unique service needs of USA Capital Tax.
